Metering Valves

Precision positive displacement metering valves allows for accurate metering of any viscosity lubricant. The positive displacement metering valves accurately meter quantities of oils and greases as low as 0.001cc up to 100cc with up to +/- 0.5% accuracy. Manual trigger actuation or fully automated designs are available. The metering valves have become the method of choice among integrators for accurate/repeatable metering grease/oil. Dopag valves have proven to provide the highest level of durability and precision of any valve on the market.

   

Electronic metering systems

Electronic metering systems utilize precision flow meters to provide accurate electronic metering, monitoring, and control. Electronic flow metering is used for monitoring & controlling metering ratios, volumetric dispensing with feedback, batch mixing systems, and closed loop feedback for servo driven gear and piston systems.

Single Acting Rod Displacement Metering

Single acting, positive displacement metering pumps are ideal for shots or precision displacement bead dispensing of difficult materials. Single acting metering pumps range in size from less than 1cc to over 250cc/shot. Pumps are available in carbon steel, stainless steel and hard metal for filled, corrosive or abrasive material. Pneumatic, hydraulic or servo drive systems available for all levels of precision and budgets. Lever systems exist for variable ratio/multi component systems.

Double Acting Positive Displacement Metering

Double acting positive displacement metering pumps provide high/continuous metered output of difficult materials. Pumps are available in carbon steel, stainless steel and hard metals for filled, corrosive or abrasive materials. Choice of drives and lever systems provide dependable/variable ratio metering systems for multi-component materials. Pump sizes are available for every ratio and for continuous output of up to 25 pounds/ minute.
