Metering Valves

Metering valves provide repeatable shots of grease, oil, epoxy, silicone, and most other single component materials. A large range of precision valves are available for shots from 0.001cc up to 100cc/shot. Pneumatically driven positive rod displacement metering valves are available for shots from 0.001-1.0cc. The size and speed of the shot are both adjustable. The pressure ratio makes them ideal for injecting color and other additives into high pressure material streams.

Positive displacement cartridge/chamber metering valves are available for shots from 0.05-100cc/shot. The valves are pneumatically actuated and material pressure driven. Many options are available to provide electronic feed back, fine adjustment and snuff back.
